NOTE: You can play around with the parsley/cilantro ratio based on your taste preference and/or what you have on hand. I usually do equal parts cilantro/parsley.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
PROCEDURE:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
